POSTAGE/COURIER :
All Certificates and any other type of paper work will be forwarded within New Zealand by Fastpost unless you state otherwise.
All other products will be sent by Post Haste Courier Services.

REFUNDS :
Unless there is an error with certificates and it has been due to our fault there is no refund available. All other products are listed with photographic images of what your product will look like and we do not provide refunds [except in the case of products being damaged in the shipping process and you will need to send these products back to us. You will need to advise us first of the problem and we will contact N.Z. Post or Post Haste Couriers to have the parcel/product uplifted from you].
